A good place to start.

1. Verify your email

Create an account with a password of at least 12 characters. Enter the six-digit email code to unlock your dashboard. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Check spam or use Resend code if needed.

2. Build your business voice

Add your business name, industry, city, and actual services. Choose a tone, relevant keywords, and any words to exclude. Save all three steps before generating a reply.

3. Draft and review

Paste the review, enter the customer’s public name, and choose the star rating. Generate a draft, edit as needed, then copy it into your review platform. Your five-response starter allowance decreases only for successful generations.

4. Keep going

Open Plan & billing for current payment instructions. Send the transfer, then submit the genuine reference from your receipt. An eligible first reference grants one-time seven-day grace access while an administrator checks it. Subsequent references never restart that allowance.

Why did sign-in ask for a code?

A new IP address, changed browser signature, or several failed password attempts triggers an additional email verification. Once verified in that environment, normal password sign-in resumes.

AI generation is unavailable

A timeout or provider error does not consume your response allowance. If the service says it is not configured, the workspace operator must complete the API setup. Do not repeatedly submit payment references to resolve a generation error.
