What the application stores

We store account names and email addresses, password hashes, email verification records, business profiles, submitted reviews, generated and edited responses, usage records, and payment references. Administrators’ billing and access changes are recorded in audit logs.

Sign-in security

Passwords are hashed. Session and verification tokens are stored as hashes, and sessions use HTTP-only cookies. Hashed IP and user-agent signatures help detect unfamiliar sign-ins. Six-digit email codes are required for registration and unusual sign-ins. Expired sessions and reset tokens are periodically removed.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application and database. Review text and your business profile are sent to OpenAI when you request a generated reply. Email messages are sent through Resend or the configured SMTP provider. Provider processing and retention are governed by their respective service terms.

What you should submit

Use the minimum information needed to write a public reply. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, patient records, confidential case information, or private customer files. A transaction reference is sufficient for payment review.

Retention and access

Business records and response history remain associated with your account while the service operates. Administrative access is limited to authorized operators. For an account data request, email support@getreviewpulse.online.
