A few ground rules.

Effective September 19, 2026. These terms describe the ReviewPulse AI service.

Your account

Provide an email you control, verify it, and keep your password private. You are responsible for the information and review text you submit. Do not impersonate customers, create accounts to evade usage limits, or attempt to access another business’s data.

AI-assisted drafts

Responses are drafts for your review, not statements verified by ReviewPulse AI. You decide whether to edit or publish them. Check accuracy, tone, confidentiality, and suitability before posting. No search ranking improvement, compliance certification, or business result is guaranteed.

Allowances and payment

New accounts receive five free successful responses. Approved plan payments add 30 days of access plus the response and bonus credits shown at purchase. Extra response packs are available separately. Unused purchased credits do not expire. Current prices and payment instructions appear in billing.

Grace access

A first eligible plan payment reference grants seven days of access while payment is checked. It adds no AI credits. Repeated references do not extend it. Rejected payments end grace access. An administrator may approve extra access days after reviewing your reason; this never grants or resets response credits.

Service availability

Generation depends on external providers. Failed generations do not consume the response allowance. There may be interruptions, maintenance, or security-related access restrictions.
